Description

Horizontal stripes of black, light blue, and black form the structure of Chicago's iconic municipal flag, with two bold red six-pointed stars centered in the black band between the blue stripes. The composition is clean and geometric, presenting the flag's recognizable design with stark color contrast and symmetrical balance.
